Mission statement

Our School provides an enriching environment where students are deeply engaged in and clearly conscious of their learning and their social emotional well-being. We work collaboratively to clarify which specific skills and what essential knowledge best supports a high-level of learning for our students, by conducting regular formative assessments and committing to implement data-driven, research-based best practices. In partnership with the community ACES aims to foster resourceful, active, respectful students prepared for an ever-changing world.

Key Expectations

All students will:

Be prepared to learn to the best of their ability and try to offer 100% of their effort.
Respect each other and use their voice to bring people up, not down.
Attend all classes and be on time.
Take responsibility for their learning.
Foster positive relationships with oneself and others.
Use opportunities available to set personal goals and make informed choices to accomplish those goals.
Complete all assignments and homework to the best of their ability.

The staff will:

Create a safe environment in which the students feel comfortable, are treated fairly and are prepared for the future with quality instruction.
Continue to develop professionally, strive for excellence by working hard, continuing to learn and grow, being adaptable, qualified, and well prepared.
Work cooperatively and communicate openly with everyone involved in the educational process.
